This Privacy Policy applies to the Kinpix mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), an intelligent visual creation tool powered by advanced AI technology. This policy is designed to clearly inform all users about our data handling rules, content usage rules and user privacy protection rules during your use of the App. Kinpix emphasizes user privacy protection as the core service principle, and this policy contains no complicated legal clauses, liability clauses or ambiguous reserved terms, and all contents are final and executable without any modification required by users. Notably, Kinpix will never collect, access, analyze, store or share any user facial information in any usage scenario, functional link and system background operation process.
Kinpix adopts a full account-free usage mode. Users do not need to register any user account, bind mobile phone numbers, verify email addresses, set login passwords or complete real-name authentication to use all core creation functions of the App. The App will not guide users to create personal exclusive accounts, will not establish user personal identity archives, and will not associate any operation behavior with fixed user identity tags. In the whole account-free using process, Kinpix does not activate any camera facial recognition module, does not scan user facial features, does not capture facial contour data, and never collects any user facial information in local device cache or cloud server background.
To fully protect user personal privacy, Kinpix sets fixed non-collection rules for multiple types of user personal data, and these rules will not be adjusted or changed in subsequent App operation iterations. First and foremost, Kinpix absolutely does not collect user facial information, including but not limited to facial feature points, facial photos, facial expression data, facial biometric data, face recognition coding data, front camera facial capture content and any derived facial-related data generated from device camera access. Besides facial information, the App also does not collect the following user data: real name information, ID document information, contact information, location information, device address book data, device photo album private thumbnail data, browsing history outside the App, third-party social platform personal data, payment identity information, voice recording data and body biometric information. No background program of Kinpix will silently obtain the above data, and no functional permission of the App is designed for collecting user facial information and other sensitive personal data.
Kinpix only conducts temporary local processing and one-time cloud processing on the image and video files actively uploaded and selected by users independently to realize the core one-click creative generation function, and all processing behaviors follow privacy protection standards, and will not involve user facial information collection. The specific processed content is limited to the picture content, picture texture, picture color tone, video frame style and video pixel parameters selected by users manually for AI creation. When users upload custom pictures or local video materials for style adjustment, creative image generation and dynamic short video production, Kinpix will not automatically identify, extract, split or store facial elements contained in user uploaded materials; even if the user-uploaded pictures or videos contain user facial content, the App’s built-in AI creation models will shield facial data identification programs by default, will not extract facial information from uploaded creative materials, will not mark facial areas in original files, and will not reserve facial feature data for secondary creation or model training.
All user uploaded original visual materials and newly generated AI creative works are only stored temporarily on the user’s local mobile device cache space and temporary cloud running node for the sole purpose of completing one-time AI rendering and style generation. After users finish downloading, saving or discarding the creative works, the temporary cloud node data will be automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours, and the App will not back up user uploaded materials and generated works to official cloud servers for long-term storage. Throughout the material uploading, AI rendering, style modification, effect preview and work export process, Kinpix keeps the default closing state of all facial data acquisition functions, and never collects any user facial information actively or passively.
Kinpix only applies for necessary device system permissions that support normal visual creation operation, and all permission usage purposes are public and transparent, without hidden permission invocation behavior, and no permission is used for collecting user facial information. The permissions the App may apply for include local photo album read-write permission and local file storage permission: the photo album permission is only used for users to independently select local pictures and video files to upload for AI creation, the file storage permission is only used for users to save finished creative images and dynamic videos to local device folders. Kinpix will never actively apply for front camera permission, rear camera automatic shooting permission, facial recognition permission, biometric verification permission of user devices. Even if users manually open the device camera to take photos and upload newly shot photos for creation, the camera function operated by users independently is only used for shooting ordinary picture files, the App background will not invoke facial recognition algorithm, will not collect facial information in the photos taken by users, and will not analyze facial characteristics in camera shooting content.
The App has no hidden permission invocation logic, will not call device camera, sensor and identification modules in the background when the App is minimized, closed or not used by users, and all permission calling behaviors are perceived and confirmed by users manually. Under any permission calling scenario, Kinpix does not collect user facial information.
Kinpix adopts independent built-in AI creative models, and does not access third-party analysis SDKs, third-party advertising tracking platforms, third-party facial recognition service interfaces and third-party user data collection tools. The App will not share, sell, lease, transmit or disclose any user-related data to external companies, organizations and individual third parties. Since Kinpix does not collect user facial information in the whole operation process, there is no risk of user facial information being transmitted, shared or leaked to third-party institutions. Meanwhile, the App does not synchronize user creation records, local creation files and device use data to third-party cloud platforms, and all creation behaviors are limited to the interaction between users’ local devices and Kinpix dedicated creative computing nodes, with no external data transmission channel involving user facial information.
Combined with the core positioning of lightweight, fast-launch and application-store-compliant operation, Kinpix sets fixed functional rules to protect user privacy, with no adjustable privacy-related settings and no pending functional modification items. First, the App has no hidden background data collection function, all running codes are public and compliant, without code obfuscation behavior that hides data collection logic; second, the App has no non-standard automatic deduction, forced subscription and covert in-app purchase functions, all in-app services are clearly displayed and confirmed by users actively, and payment behavior will not trigger any user facial information identification and collection; third, the App cancels all hot update functions, all App version upgrades need official application store formal review and user manual installation, background silent hot update will not be carried out to add facial data collection modules; fourth, all built-in AI creative models, style effect templates and video production materials of Kinpix are original or authorized compliant resources, without infringing third-party portrait rights, facial copyright and personal privacy rights, and the model database does not contain any user facial information collected from users.
In all version iteration, function upgrade and model optimization processes, Kinpix will always adhere to the rule of not collecting user facial information, and will not add any facial capture, facial analysis, facial comparison and facial data storage functions in subsequent updated versions.
All creative content, local creation cache and operation records generated by users using Kinpix are stored only in the user’s private local device space, and users have full independent control rights over all local data. Users can delete uploaded original pictures, generated AI works, local operation cache and creation records at any time through the App built-in cleanup function or device system file management function. Kinpix will not restrict users from deleting local data, will not lock local creative files, and will not obtain background access authority to user local private folders. Since the App does not collect user facial information at all, there is no facial data stored in local cache or cloud space that needs users to delete or manage. Users can use all creation functions of the App completely without providing any facial information, and facial information provision is not a prerequisite for using any function of Kinpix.
Kinpix provides equal privacy protection for users of all ages including minor users. The App will not specially collect, mark and analyze personal data of minor users, and more specifically, Kinpix will never collect facial information of minor users in any creation link, permission calling link and background running link. Minor users can use the App’s image beautification, style conversion, short video production and other creative functions normally, without facial verification, facial identity recognition and facial information registration. We suggest minors use this App accompanied by guardians, while confirming again that our App will not obtain any facial information of minor users in any form.
If we need to optimize and update the content of this Privacy Policy due to application store rule adjustment and functional standard optimization, we will release the updated policy content on the App official homepage and App store detail page in advance, and the updated policy will still abide by the core rule that Kinpix does not collect user facial information in any scenario. We will not change the non-collection rule of user facial information for any business or functional demand. All updated policy contents are complete and clear, without reserved clauses and to-be-confirmed contents, and users can check the latest complete privacy policy at any time through the App setting page.
